Oichi Equipment does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers.

4. Local Software and User Environment

Sync Mushroom primarily operates within the user’s local PC, browser, MetaTrader 5 terminal, and related environment.
Trading data, broker account data, chart data, or local logs may remain within the user’s environment unless the user voluntarily submits logs, screenshots, support materials, or diagnostic files.
The user is responsible for the security and management of their local device, broker account, MetaTrader 5 terminal, TradingView account, network, and related settings.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

Oichi Equipment does not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent except where required by law, legal request, fraud prevention, payment processing, license management, support operation, security operation, or other necessary service operations.

6. Outsourcing and Service Providers

Oichi Equipment may use external providers for payment processing, license management, hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, support, or similar operational functions.
Such providers may handle information only to the extent necessary for their respective purposes.
