Privacy Policy
1. Information Collected
Oichi Equipment may collect information necessary for service operation, including email address, account or license identifiers, payment-related metadata received from external payment providers, access logs, IP address, browser or device information, support inquiries, error logs, diagnostic logs submitted by the user, and license verification records.
For Sync Mushroom, this may include license and device-related identifiers, authentication or session-related information, and information the user voluntarily provides for support.
Oichi Equipment does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers.
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information may be used for software provision, license issuance, license verification, account management, payment confirmation, support, fraud prevention, security, bug investigation, service improvement, legal compliance, and notices regarding important updates or operational changes.
3. Payment Providers and External Services
Payments are processed by external payment providers.
Payment information is handled by the applicable provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
Oichi Equipment may receive transaction status, plan information, license status, payer email, payment identifiers, or similar metadata necessary to provide and manage the service.
Sync Mushroom license activation, verification, recovery, and session management may transmit the license key, device-related identifiers, a locally derived physical-device token, and authentication or session-related information to the Oichi Equipment license service only as necessary to provide and secure those license functions. The locally derived token is distinct from a raw Windows MachineGuid.
4. Local Software and User Environment
Sync Mushroom primarily operates within the user’s local PC, browser, MetaTrader 5 terminal, and related environment.
The Chrome extension creates a locally generated persistent installation identifier in Chrome local storage only to identify and set up its connection with the user’s local Sync Mushroom Bridge; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Panel preferences and the acknowledgement for One-Click trading are stored locally in TradingView-origin local storage. These acknowledgement and preference records are distinct from trading commands.
The usual communication path is TradingView → Chrome Extension → local Sync Mushroom Bridge on localhost or 127.0.0.1 → MetaTrader 5 → broker. Manual trading commands do not ordinarily pass through an Oichi Equipment cloud order-routing service. TradingView, MetaTrader 5 or the broker, and license verification may nevertheless use their own internet communications.
Trading data, broker account data, chart data, or local logs may remain within the user’s environment unless the user voluntarily submits logs, screenshots, support materials, or diagnostic files. Sync Mushroom may process account information, balance, equity, margin, positions, pending orders, profit and loss, symbols, prices, user-initiated commands, and command results through the extension, local Bridge, MetaTrader 5, and necessary local records; it does not ordinarily send that trading information to Oichi Equipment automatically.
The user is responsible for the security and management of their local device, broker account, MetaTrader 5 terminal, TradingView account, network, and related settings.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
Oichi Equipment does not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent except where required by law, legal request, fraud prevention, payment processing, license management, support operation, security operation, or other necessary service operations.
Sync Mushroom support exports and diagnostic materials are created and shared only through the user’s explicit actions. Oichi Equipment personnel may review only the material the user submits, as needed to provide support and subject to applicable terms and law.
Sync Mushroom's use of user data obtained through its Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Outsourcing and Service Providers
Oichi Equipment may use external providers for payment processing, license management, hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, support, or similar operational functions.
Such providers may handle information only to the extent necessary for their respective purposes.
7. Cookies and Logs
The website or related services may use cookies, access logs, analytics tools, or similar technologies for security, operation, usage analysis, and service improvement.
Users may restrict cookies through browser settings, but some functions may not operate properly.
8. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as necessary for service operation, license management, support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and business records.
Sync Mushroom may keep local JSONL event records containing trading, command, and result information for local diagnostics and Sync Evidence Console viewing. Under the current application configuration, these local records are rotated and normally retained for up to three days; they are not automatically uploaded to Oichi Equipment. A user may separately choose to include relevant records in a support submission.
When information is no longer necessary, Oichi Equipment will delete or anonymize it where practical and appropriate.
9. Security
Oichi Equipment takes reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or leakage.
However, no system, network, software, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. User Rights
Where applicable law allows, users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or other handling of their personal information.
Requests should be sent to the contact address listed in this policy.
Oichi Equipment may verify identity before responding.
11. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary.
The updated policy becomes effective when published unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the software or service after publication constitutes acceptance where applicable.
