SYNC MUSHROOM

Sync Mushroom Full FAQ

Pre-purchase notes for manual execution, local operation, MT5 requirements, support boundaries, and checkout-related questions.

Product Scope

What is Sync Mushroom?

Sync Mushroom is a local execution interface that brings MT5 operation closer to the TradingView screen. It supports manual order operation through a local bridge. It is not a strategy, signal service, or broker.

Is Sync Mushroom a trading strategy?

No. It does not decide entries, exits, risk, direction, or position size. Those decisions remain with the trader.

Is this a signal service or copy-trading system?

No. It does not distribute signals, copy another account, or follow external trading instructions.

Manual Execution

Does Sync Mushroom place trades automatically?

No. It is designed around manual operation. The user decides what to do and sends the action intentionally.

Does Sync Mushroom give investment advice?

No. It does not provide investment advice, market predictions, financial recommendations, or profit guidance.

Does Sync Mushroom guarantee trading results?

No. Trading results depend on market conditions, broker execution, user decisions, account settings, and other external factors.

TradingView / MT5 Relationship

Why does Sync Mushroom connect TradingView and MT5?

TradingView is often used for chart observation, while MT5 is often used for broker-side execution. Sync Mushroom reduces the operational distance between those two screens.

Does Sync Mushroom replace MT5?

No. MT5 remains the execution terminal and broker environment. Sync Mushroom does not replace the terminal or the broker account.

Can I use it without MT5?

No, the product is designed for MT5-based operation.

Local Bridge / No Cloud Order Relay

Does Sync Mushroom use a cloud order relay?

No. The operating route is designed around a local bridge. It does not create a public cloud order endpoint for placing trades.

Does Sync Mushroom require webhooks?

No. The product is not built around TradingView alerts or webhook-driven automatic execution.

Does the developer receive my live orders through the cloud?

Sync Mushroom is designed for local operation and not as a cloud order relay. User-initiated actions are routed through the local environment toward MT5, while final processing remains subject to the MT5 terminal, broker-side conditions, and the user's account environment.

Installation / Operating Environment

What environment is required?

A Windows environment with Chrome, TradingView in the browser, MT5, and the local Sync Mushroom components.

Is setup required?

Yes. Because Sync Mushroom works locally with the browser and MT5, setup and environment confirmation are required.

Can browser or MT5 conditions affect operation?

Yes. Browser state, MT5 state, broker login, symbol availability, and account conditions can affect whether an operation can proceed.

Broker / Symbol / MT5 Conditions

Which brokers are supported?

Sync Mushroom depends on MT5 access and broker-side symbol/account behavior. It is intended for MT5-based environments, but broker-side behavior, symbol rules, and account conditions may differ.

Why can symbols differ between TradingView and MT5?

Broker symbols may include suffixes, prefixes, or naming differences. Sync Mushroom must resolve the intended symbol against the MT5 environment.

Does Sync Mushroom modify my broker account settings?

No. It does not manage or redesign the broker account. Broker-side settings remain under the broker/MT5 environment.

Plans / License

What are the available plans?

Monthly Access, Annual Access, and 3-Year License.

Does the 3-Year License renew automatically?

The 3-Year License is presented as a one-time license. It does not act as an automatically recurring monthly subscription.

What is the difference between Monthly, Annual, and 3-Year?

The difference is mainly access duration and billing structure, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout flow.

Paddle Checkout

Where does checkout happen?

Checkout is intended to be handled through Paddle.

What information is handled by Paddle?

Checkout-related information may be processed by Paddle according to its checkout flow and applicable terms.

Do I need a broker account before checkout?

Users should understand their MT5/broker environment before purchase to ensure compatibility and necessity.

Support / Logs / Submission

What support information may be requested?

Basic environment details and relevant logs may be requested to understand behavior during support inquiries.

Are logs always required?

No. Logs are an exceptional support/debugging aid, not something users are asked to submit routinely.

Why are logs useful?

Logs can help distinguish local panel behavior, precheck behavior, MT5/broker response, and synchronization timing.

Privacy / Local Data Handling

What data stays local?

Sync Mushroom is designed around local operation. Local logs and local operation data should be handled carefully by the user.

Are support submissions masked?

When submitting materials for support, users should ensure they avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

Should I send account credentials?

No. Users should not send passwords, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive account information.

Limitations / What Sync Mushroom Does Not Do

Does Sync Mushroom guarantee execution speed?

No. Execution and response timing can be affected by local environment, MT5, broker, network, market, and account conditions.

Does Sync Mushroom prevent trading mistakes?

No. It is equipment for operation, not a substitute for user judgment or risk control.

What does Sync Mushroom not do?

It does not trade automatically, provide investment advice, guarantee outcomes, act as a broker, replace MT5, sell signals, or copy trades.
